Full-time Administrative Secretary
Job description:
Office Administration: including organizing files, brochures, products; mailing; replenish office supplies; event registration; liaise with business vendors such as phone and insurance company; coordinate meetings, take meeting minutes; etc.
Event Participation and Coordination: Communicate with partner church or organization; event planning, registration, fee collection; host booth at events.
Bookkeeping of general office income and expenses, A/R, A/P.
Requirement:
1. Mature Christian, must agree with Presence Ministry’s vision and mission.
2. Fluent in English, and good writing skills in both English and Chinese.
3. Computer proficient (MS Word, Excel, etc). Good English and Chinese typing skills.
4. Good organizational skill, experience with office admin preferred.
